- Leading cultural safety training and awareness initiatives across the organisation;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the employee experience for people of all backgrounds.
Requirements
- Proven ability to foster respectful, trust-based relationships with First Nations communities and leaders;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including experience in translating data analysis to diverse stakeholders;
- Proven project management skills, with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and strategic priorities;
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience in leading culturally safe teams and fostering high-performing environments.
What We Offer
We're not just looking for someone who can tick boxes – we want a leader who shares our passion for reconciliation, inclusion, and accessibility. As our new Reconciliation and Inclusion Lead, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive salary and benefits package;
- Opportunities for career development and growth;
- A supportive team environment that values your lived experience as a First Nations person;
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options;
- Ongoing cultural and ceremonial leave entitlements to support your connection to community.
Why You'll Love It Here
Joining us means you'll be part of an organisation dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of Victorians.
