This revolutionary technology opens up new possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion.Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our in-house blockchain systems infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Extending our blockchain systems to support tokenization and ensure seamless transaction processing
  • Analyzing complex requirements, procedures and problems to improve existing systems and modifying them as needed
  • Designing and implementing scalable microservices responsible for reliable and secure APIs that transfer value and assets across all blockchain protocols and traditional banking protocols
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test and shape Circle features
  • Troubleshooting program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning and optimize system performance
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional software development experience in object-oriented languages like Java and Go, a broad understanding of API design and REST principles, and experience with Cloud Services, SQL databases and designing schemas. They will also be willing to learn unfamiliar languages and technologies, possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and Go
  • Experience with Cloud Services, SQL databases and designing schemas
  • Understanding of API design and REST principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
