Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Integration Specialist to join our experienced development team. As a key member, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of the software engineering process.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deploy and configure software in customer test and production environments
  • Configure and set up server hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, Bluetooth devices)
  • Modify product code to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrate integrated systems to stakeholders during functional acceptance testing and on-site system testing
  • Analyze defects identified in production
  • Maintain, develop, and improve automated test and deployment tools
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience; co-op experience considered
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and database knowledge
  • Experience with an object-oriented programming language (C# preferred but Java, C++, etc. acceptable)
  • Familiarity with Flyaway, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Python, and Ignition is an asset
  • Ability to travel and work nights/weekends occasionally
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% per year
  • Meet federal security clearance requirements
