Customer Care Professional

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of a Customer Care Professional.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders, while also developing their skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build strong connections with customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
    • Process customer orders efficiently and manage end-to-end customer interaction activities.
    • Provide product information and assistance as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a positive attitude towards learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
  • Forklift license (an asset).
