About the Role

This senior-level position provides high-impact support to a Chief Executive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgement and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include calendar management, correspondence, board and committee support, leadership team coordination, general administration, and record management.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives with discretion, diplomacy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Expertise in preparing for board meetings, taking executive-level minutes, and utilizing Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Superb time management, communication, and organisational skills.
