Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the allocated ledger of accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive business results. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work closely with key stakeholders to address discrepancies and inconsistencies, manage data exceptions, and reconcile weekly client statements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Experience in high-volume accounts receivable roles with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • A customer service mindset and professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
