About the RoleIn this fulfilling position, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports individuals with disabilities in a warm and welcoming living environment.
You will assist with daily routines, promote independence, and empower customers to achieve their personal goals. Flexible shifts are available, including sleepovers, weekends, and split shifts, making it perfect for those who want to balance work and life.
- Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily tasks
- Support mealtime routines and dietary needs, including PEG feeding
- Administer medication in line with care plans and training
- Perform manual handling, including hoisting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and has experience working in a similar role.
- A valid driver's license (P2 or open class)
- Senior First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS worker screening clearance (yellow card)
- Blue card (working with children check)
