Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, mission-critical IT infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the organization's technological advancements and ensuring IT infrastructure projects align with our client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of project delivery, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Lead teams and negotiate across divisions and stakeholders, including internal, external, and client groups.
  • Proactively manage customer needs, expectations, and satisfaction, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Delivered at least 3 large projects for complex organizations using contemporary methodologies.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure projects including Hybrid Cloud Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Identity, OS refresh, Databases, and Unified Communications.
  • Proven track record managing external vendors, defining scope, and overseeing delivery.
  • Extensive experience leading and motivating diverse internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration in high-pressure environments.
