Role Overview

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of sustainable sourcing practices across our supply chain, upholding human rights, promoting fair labour practices, improving environmental outcomes, and enhancing traceability from raw materials to finished goods.

This role will oversee initiatives to ensure that products and materials are sourced ethically, sustainably, and transparently. The Responsible Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in embedding social and environmental sustainability into business operations by collaborating with suppliers, partners, and customers.

This key position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainable Sourcing Practices: Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies to ensure that products and materials meet company standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to embed sustainable practices throughout the organization.
