As a local marketing expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and student acquisition across our Victorian campus.

About This Role
  • Design and implement localised marketing strategies tailored to the Victorian market, leveraging your knowledge of the region's media landscape.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end campaign activity, including digital, print, outdoor, and events, to deliver targeted results.
  • Collaborate closely with our central marketing team in Sydney to align with brand messaging and national strategies.
  • Localise and adapt national campaigns to ensure relevance and resonance in Victoria, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Partner with campus operations and sales/enrolment teams to drive student acquisition efforts, utilising data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Track, report, and optimise campaign performance using key marketing metrics, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and media outlets, fostering a strong network of partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent our marketing interests in Victoria, providing on-the-ground insights and feedback to the broader team.

This role requires a highly independent, proactive, and strategically minded marketer who can operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with the Sydney-based team.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a proven ability to lead and execute campaigns independently.
  • Demonstrated success in local or regional marketing roles, ideally in education or service-based sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Victorian market and media landscape, including knowledge of key trends and challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
