Travel Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business travel, ensuring all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm accuracy of travel itineraries and distribute them in a timely manner
  • Monitor, reconcile, and audit travel expenditure
  • Respond promptly to emergencies involving company travellers
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date the cost code hierarchy for efficient and accurate processing of BTA statement and cost allocation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in account reconciliations, travel coordination experience, and a strong customer focus. A high level of computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite, is also necessary.
