Community Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Care Worker to join our team. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to clients
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities
  • Assisting clients with transportation to appointments and outings
  • Engaging in social activities with clients

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Comprehensive Insurance for your vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Up-to-date Flu vaccination
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
