Advanced Perioperative Nursing Specialist

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse – Anaesthetic, you will play a key role in providing high levels of patient care within a supportive team environment.
\- Undertake peri-operative nursing care in accordance with legislation and established standards.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care effectively.
- Proactively assess the operative nursing care provided to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for each patient.
You will have:
\- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 18 months' experience as an RN – Anaesthetic.
- A Working with Children check (if relevant).
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care and adherence to ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
