Key Responsibilities:- Manage and provide high-quality service to a diverse mixed caseload of complex clients, parents, and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills.
- Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners, such as OTs, psychologists, and dietitians, demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior and new graduate physiotherapists.
- Participate in professional development pathways to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills.
- Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and values.
- Flexible working hours: We offer a range of flexible working hours to suit your needs, including the option to work on and off site.
- Weekly supervision: Every practitioner is allocated an experienced supervisor for a weekly 1-hour mentoring/supervision session.
- Technology: We provide the latest technology, including work mobile phones, iPads, and clinic technology, to support your practice.
- Advanced remote practice: Our clinics are paperless, and we use cloud-based software to reduce tedious tasks and increase collaboration.
- Interest groups: Select from a range of caseload options, including young paeds, adolescent, disability, aged care, and home mods.
- Community access: A work car is provided for travelling from a clinic to community consults, and travel reimbursement is available for practitioners who prefer to use their personal car.
- Clinic-only caseload: For practitioners who don't enjoy community visits, we can provide a clinic-only caseload.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience working with NDIS participants and diverse clients.
- Experience in independently providing physiotherapy consultations.
- Experience in a range of physiotherapy assessments.
- Strong etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent ability to set and follow treatment schedules and manage deadlines.
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor and support junior/graduate physiotherapists.
- Goal-oriented, ambitious, and eager to excel.
