About the Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service to our customers and support the Customer Service Manager in the absence of the Manager. The Customer Service Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising the Customer Service team during weekend and closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Leading and supervising the Customer Service team to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Training and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
