Senior Business Technology Strategist Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Business Technology Strategist to drive complex solution definition and delivery across the organization.

About the Role:
  • This strategic role will focus on analyzing existing business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

As the Senior Business Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for leading workshops, interviews, and other discovery activities to elicit and document business and technical requirements.

You will also support testing and implementation by working with Quality Engineers to ensure effective and high-quality delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements through expert facilitation of complex workshops and interviews.
  • Drive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support quality assurance and testing to ensure effective and high-quality delivery.

About You:
  • Must possess 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a digital or technology-focused setting.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Experience working with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle, is required.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary to build strong business relationships.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
