Job Overview
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing the daily activities of customer experience teams. This role ensures seamless support for products and services, driving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CX functions, handle escalations, and troubleshoot client issues with precision and speed.
- Implement initiatives to enhance help centers, develop SOP documents, and drive process improvements that boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to share valuable customer feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Monitor team effectiveness, tracking key metrics such as Employee and Customer Satisfaction Scores.
- Empower and coach a small team, fostering growth and development.
Required Skills:
- Essential: Operations focus within Customer Experience / Contact Centre; prior experience managing a team; working knowledge of Zendesk; experience with process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Nice to Have: Tech/SaaS industry experience; experience with forecasting and capacity planning; understanding of JSON, HTML, and basic coding.
