As a Team Leader, you will contribute to our success by leading and developing team members. You will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing systems and processes to ensure shifts are appropriately staffed and planned.
  • Leading teams during shifts, utilizing your understanding of their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with teams to increase sales and maintain customer service standards.
  • Ensuring teams complete tasks on time and in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
  • Managing labor targets and addressing issues with team members.
  • Addressing customer feedback professionally.
  • Holding team briefings and planning learning & development activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS & Food Safety regulations.
  • Managing cash handling and inventory.
  • Overseeing product quality and liaising with the store manager.
  • Acting as the 'Store Champion' for promotions and LSM activities.

We're looking for individuals who bring proven leadership experience, an understanding of superior customer service, integrity, and a commitment to ethical operations. You should also have the ability to lead and motivate others, effectively train team members, and demonstrate leadership in WHS.
