Requirements:- Qualifications in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related field (eligibility for relevant professional body membership).
- Demonstrated experience in providing counselling or therapeutic support, preferably with survivors of sexual violence or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Sound knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain partnerships with community organisations.
- Experience in delivering group therapy is desirable.
