We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sexual Assault Counsellor to join our team at OnTalent. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by sexual violence.

Job Description

In this rewarding position, you will provide therapeutic counselling and crisis intervention to clients, working within a trauma-informed framework. Your expertise will focus on supporting clients through medical and legal processes, conducting intake assessments, and facilitating therapeutic groups. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to advancing critical efforts in addressing domestic, family, and sexual violence (DFSV) in Queensland.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in counselling, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in sexual assault is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to trauma-informed principles

Salary and Benefits
