Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and will thrive in a diverse role, collaborating directly with two Principals in a dynamic, supportive, and innovative construction team serving major institutions, governmental bodies, developers, and multinational engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in varied and large-scale projects
  • Work across sectors such as transportation, social infrastructure, renewable energy, commercial, residential, and industrial
  • Represent project owners (including government entities) and major contractors
  • Manage disputes, including adjudications and expert determinations
  • Participate in high-value and complex litigation and arbitration
  • Prepare evidence and assist in drafting legal submissions, instruct Counsel, and manage technical experts
