Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House team member, you will provide exceptional customer service at tables and counters. You will be responsible for managing bookings, including phone calls and cash handling. You will also utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system and serve food and beverage with knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

We are looking for a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary is also required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments are a must.

We offer ongoing training and encourage applicants with experience in restaurant or bar environments to apply. A RSA is required for this role.
