Senior Environmental Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team in Perth.

As a senior member of our environmental consulting team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of sustainable development projects by applying ecosystem response modeling to inform environmental approvals, cumulative impact assessments, and marine spatial planning across inland, coastal, and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply ecosystem response modeling to support decision-making for environmental impact assessments and coastal resilience planning.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists and stakeholders to integrate scientific data into project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Support the management of multidisciplinary marine projects, including aquaculture expansion, waste discharge planning, dredging and reclamation, sediment transport studies, hydrographic and environmental surveys, habitat mapping, and marine infrastructure development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years' post-graduate experience in environmental project delivery.
  • Proven expertise in numerical modeling, including data analysis and interpretation for complex environmental systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in environmental modeling, metocean monitoring, and coastal management.
