This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team on a wide array of people and culture initiatives. It is a dynamic, hands-on HR and Recruitment position that requires balancing operational tasks with strategic HR projects.
We seek a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in retail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is your opportunity to work closely with a senior brand team and contribute significantly to the brand's success.
- Develop a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that aligns with business objectives while enhancing the employee experience.
- Create and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain high-caliber talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees to foster continuous feedback and development.
- Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equitable access to learning and development for all staff.
- Partner with senior leadership to formulate and implement HR policies that nurture a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with an emphasis on fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR and professional development, applying innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist support and advice.
- Design and implement various HR initiatives aimed at boosting engagement, shaping workplace culture, and developing talent.
- Lead talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Supervise retail recruitment in collaboration with the senior retail team.
- Ensure effective management of employee safety and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive HR experience and knowledge across the employee life cycle, particularly within high-end retail.
- A strong enthusiasm for innovative and effective retail recruitment practices.
- A demonstrated passion for people and progressive HR methodologies.
- Ability to coach and enhance leadership capabilities across various management levels.
- Proficient in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communication abilities.
