Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Façade Engineer to lead our Structural Team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a unique opportunity for growth and development within our expanding practice.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in innovative engineering, able to manage projects with a focus on client satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining and growing relationships with clients, architects, local governments, and collaborators. You will take responsibility for the commercial factors of façade projects and provide mentoring to those in your team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in facades
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering)
  • Expert in relevant analysis software programs (Strand 7, Spacegass)
  • Strong experience in façade engineering design, particularly in architectural buildings, infrastructure, and institutional projects
  • Strong proposal writing skills and winning work
  • Developing new documents (Scheme Design Reports, F3P1 PBDB, Remedial Specifications)
  • Chartered Professional Engineer
