Job Requirements
  • Diabetes management and education
  • Dialysis treatment and management
  • Administration of IV medications and IV/CVAD care
  • Palliative care and end-of-life support
  • Phlebotomy and wound care, including negative pressure wound therapy

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our team.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health is an asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
  • Certification in areas such as diabetes management or palliative care is an asset

Working conditions and physical demands: This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics.
