About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CSMP Project Engineer to join our expanding team in Perth. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our portfolios within the Metals and Minerals EPCM sector.

As a Senior CSMP Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects within scope, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budget parameters. You will also be responsible for managing project scope changes, assessing impacts on quantity, cost, and timeline, and maintaining project integrity and client satisfaction.

You will foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment with strategic objectives. You will also interface with discipline engineers to ensure procurement and contracts strategies and requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project scope changes and assessing impacts on quantity, cost, and timeline
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Interfacing with discipline engineers to ensure procurement and contracts strategies and requirements are met
  • Coordinating and expediting procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests
  • Conducting technical and commercial reviews to ensure compliance with project goals
  • Managing third-party consultants to the project schedule and budget
About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant EPCM/EPC experience, particularly in managing fabrication and site concrete, structural, mechanical, and piping supply and installation contracts. Site/field experience will be highly advantageous.

You should possess a Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector, is also essential.

Key requirements include:

  • Relevant EPCM/EPC experience, particularly in managing fabrication and site concrete, structural, mechanical, and piping supply and installation contracts
  • Relevant experience managing offshore fabrication, modularisation, and logistics
  • Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector
