We are seeking experienced Senior CSMP Project Engineers to join our expanding team in Perth. These positions will play a crucial role in enhancing our portfolios within the Metals and Minerals EPCM sector.

About the Role

• Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer to deliver within project scope while monitoring progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget parameters.

• Proactively managing project scope changes, assessing impacts on quantity, cost, and timeline to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.

• Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Interfacing with discipline engineers to ensure procurement and contracts strategies and requirements are met.

• Coordinating and expediting procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.

• Conducting technical and commercial reviews to ensure compliance with project goals.

About You

• Relevant EPCM/EPC experience, particularly in managing fabrication and site concrete, structural, mechanical, and piping supply and installation contracts. Site/field experience will be highly advantageous.

• Relevant experience managing offshore fabrication, modularisation, and logistics.

• Possessing a Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.

• Proven background in process plants and mining projects, with essential experience in operations or construction.

• Significant expertise in project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting, ensuring effective project execution.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the effective resolution of complex project challenges.
