Job Title: Gaming Team Leader

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across bars and gaming, ensuring exceptional customer service, employee training and development, performance management, sales and profitability, and effective cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Staff: Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Train and Coach: Train and coach staff with performance feedback to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including accurate shift and incident reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with procedures, including clearance procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Solve problems and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership experience or potential, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Hold a valid NSW Competency Card.
  • Availability: Be flexible with a varied roster, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Presentation: Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming at all times.
