Rural Care Support Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated care professionals to join our team of locums in rural and remote Australia.

Job Overview:

  • Provide individualised and personalised care to residents
  • Offer emotional support and companionship, and assist with personal hygiene tasks
  • Maintain and enhance the dignity, integrity, rights, and confidentiality of residents and their families
  • Work closely with an experienced team of healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of rural and remote Australians. We require candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and services to residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience working as a Personal Care Worker

What We Offer:

  • Hourly wage plus superannuation
  • Incentive of $150 per working day
  • $100 travel allowance
  • Travel and accommodation arranged and paid for
