Job Title: Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking an accomplished commercial lawyer with a proven track record in providing expert legal advice and support.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing guidance on commercial agreements, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy, competition, and regulatory issues.
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with a solutions-focused approach.
  3. Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating legal and compliance risks; tracking changes in laws and regulations.
  4. Delivering training on antitrust, anti-corruption, contract management, and other legal topics.
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience, excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills able to build rapport with commercial teams and external advisors.
