Job Description

The successful General Manager will take charge of the day-to-day management of the company, reporting directly to the business owner. Initially working alongside the current Interim GM, then taking on the role fully after a probation period.

Responsibilities include managing the full Profit and Loss statement of the business and leading the Business Development team, Account Management team, Operations team, and Project Management/Delivery team.

This office-based role on the Sunshine Coast requires regular travel to customer sites and head-offices across Australia. Experience in managing C-level retail or commercial accounts, as well as knowledge of shop fit-outs, signage, project management, and corporate branding are highly valued.
