Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading the strategic management of real estate investment portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance and negotiate key agreements.

As a Portfolio Manager or Associate Portfolio Manager, you will contribute to shaping the company's real estate portfolio, driving growth through research, analysis, and insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to navigate complex legislation and regulations, and possess experience in investment management and research.

You will also be expected to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics;
  • Solid experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of real estate markets;
  • Confidence navigating legislation, regulations, market trends, and emerging issues;
  • Excellent research and analysis skills, using data to drive strategic and creative thinking;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders;
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Natural collaboration skills, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes;
  • Experience reviewing legal documents and applying valuation principles;
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and familiarity with international investment markets.
