- Serving Procedures - Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations.
- ID Verification - Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for purchasing alcoholic beverages.
- Communication - Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required and listening/responding to customer requests or concerns.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to handle cash accurately is required.
- Ability to request additional product or restock as required.
- De-escalating intoxicated guest situations, contacting management or security if necessary.
