Job Title: Mixology Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Starbase Hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all employees, customers, government partners, potential clients and/or visitors.

Your role will involve working closely with Hospitality leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet time and quality standards set by supervisors
  • Execute detailed services, timelines, and schedules
  • Maintain proper food safety practices
  • Foster effective communication between team members and leadership
  • Assist in various front-of-house roles as needed
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Support the organization and cleaning of service equipment and bar areas
  • Participate in training and development of hospitality roles and responsibilities
  • Showcase strong customer service and communication skills
Beverage Service Expertise:
  • Prepare handcrafted cocktails with consistency and compliance to recipe guidelines
  • Manage inventory levels for beverages and maintain proper stock levels
  • Communicate directly with vendors for order placement or issue resolution
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in mixology or cocktail preparation
  • 5+ years of industry experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous bartending experience in a resort/hotel environment
Additional Requirements:
  • Able to work hands continuously for extended periods
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Available to work all shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays
