Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Coaching Leader to oversee the management of our coaching programs, including youth and adult coaching, as well as yoga and fitness classes. You will work closely with our Club Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of these programs.

Your primary areas of responsibility will include staff rostering, class management, and customer engagement. You will also be responsible for working with our National Experts to deliver a coaching experience that aligns with our mission and vision to improve people's lives through climbing.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and coordination skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of climbing techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends.
