Childcare Support Professional

We are seeking young and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Childcare Educators.
The role involves working with children in a supportive environment, promoting their cognitive, emotional and physical development.
As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, building strong relationships with children and their families, and contributing to the overall well-being of the childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development
Requirements:
- Age 16-24 years old
- Reside in the Geelong and Surf Coast region
- Have a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
