We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong focus on visual merchandising, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies, managing merchandise mix, and optimizing store layouts.
  3. Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and development opportunities, and promote a culture of excellence.
  4. Store Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including stock receiving, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in retail management, with a strong understanding of sales drivers and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling costs.
