Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional retail professional to drive store success, lead a team of employees and volunteers, and create a positive in-store experience for customers.
About the JobThis is a permanent, full-time position responsible for managing all aspects of one retail site. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to maximise stock efficiency, and provide regular training and performance feedback to their team.
- Drive store success by leading retail operations to hit sales and surplus targets.
- Maximise stock efficiency by ensuring all products are ordered, priced, and displayed according to established standards.
- Inspire and lead a team of employees and volunteers, providing regular training and performance feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Management experience in a retail setting.
- Excellent people leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
