\This role requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\You will need to be able to interpret and apply Group and Divisional policies to business-as-usual activities and escalate operational risks, concerns and issues to local and global stakeholders as required.
\The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in an operational risk or risk assurance role within a financial services environment.
\They will also have a strong understanding of Treasury and/or Finance function and related activities, as well as practical experience in the implementation of risk and control frameworks to manage enterprise risks.
