We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, nurturing strong relationships with owners and tenants, and providing top-tier service.

About the Role

You will be reporting to interstate management and will be responsible for listing and advertising properties, conducting open inspections and private viewings, and building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and advertisement of properties
  • Open inspections and private viewings
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors
  • Lease renewals, tenant selection, and property appraisals
  • Routines, ingoings, and outgoings
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • SACAT hearings when required
  • Rental arrears management

Requirements

  • Property Management Registration
  • Experience in Property Tree
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of care factor and customer service
  • Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
