About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-organized portfolio of properties in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues, while providing top-tier service and expertise. You will be the face of our business, and your exceptional communication skills will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing and advertising properties to attract potential tenants
  • Conducting open inspections and private viewings to showcase properties
  • Building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors
  • Lease renewals, tenant selection, and property appraisals to ensure optimal results
  • Routine maintenance, ingoings, and outgoings to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Repairs and maintenance to address any issues that may arise
  • SACAT hearings when required to resolve disputes
  • Rental arrears management to minimize losses
Requirements
  • Property Management Registration
  • Experience in Property Tree
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of care factor and customer service
  • Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
