Airworthiness Manager

The role of a Maintenance Planner entails overseeing the development, scheduling, and maintenance of all aircraft and equipment-related activities. This involves creating and managing work orders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to regulations.

• Create and manage work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor maintenance progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews of allocated maintenance program activities.
• Perform pre-release checks and create work authorizations prior to release.
• Raise work orders for incoming maintenance or additional work to facilitate effective planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance production planning role within a CASA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Facility or extensive knowledge of Production Planning & maintenance operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of CASA Part 145 regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, enabling analysis of complex data sets and informed decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills, allowing for simultaneous management of multiple projects.
