Surveillance Officer Role

This is a vital position that plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage routine surveillance activities and assist the Manager in complex surveillance tasks on nominated contract works. This includes maintaining detailed site records of work performed and construction activities to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with quality systems and contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting safety and environmental management risk assessments
  • Participating in the assessment of contract documentation
  • Providing expert advice to the Manager
  • Verifying that construction site activities of contractors and public authorities are performed in accordance with applicable policies, practices, and standards

Requirements:

You will be expected to possess a valid Australian motor vehicle driver's license and be willing to work outside regular working hours and travel on occasion. A demonstrated knowledge of and experience with quality assurance systems, WHS, and environmental management systems in construction industry projects is essential.

Benefits:
