Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary:

Milem is seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
