Project Manager Expertise

The Project Manager plays a critical role in the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business systems and SharePoint environments.

  • Design and manage the SharePoint architecture aligned with project plans, ensuring secure, scalable collaboration and integration with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Establish governance frameworks, including access controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and probity workflows for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide user support and training by developing onboarding materials, maintaining the PDMS interface, and ensuring accessibility of project guidance documents.
  • Lead data management initiatives, including migration from legacy systems, enabling reporting for schedule, cost, and risk, and supporting continuous improvement across project workstreams.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and governance, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams.
  • Experience managing permissions, security classifications, and compliance workflows; familiar with organizational information security and probity requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training and guidance materials for diverse audiences.
