Senior Rehabilitation Operations Manager

This leadership opportunity allows for the strategic development and management of a successful team in Darwin.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and leading a high-performing team to deliver rehabilitation services effectively.
  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure timely, valuable, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Driving operational performance metrics, including customer outcomes, revenue growth, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with the national management team to establish and execute a strategic growth plan.
  • Acting as primary liaison with Workers Compensation scheme insurers and agents.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and people management.
  • Current accreditation or membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation principles and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to manage operational/financial aspects of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, positive attitude, and teamwork spirit.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
