Job Title: Strategic Program Planner

  • We are seeking a skilled Strategic Program Planner to manage and coordinate complex program schedules, ensuring alignment with portfolio, program, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Development: Utilize scheduling software tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Project, Primavera P6) to create and maintain intricate program schedules.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and coordination across multiple projects.
  3. Analytical Problem-Solving: Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in large portfolio programs, project scheduling, and program planning roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (P3M, MSP, AGILE, PRINCE2, or similar frameworks) is essential.
