Key Role: Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a key member of our APAC team, you will play a vital role in supporting a portfolio of merchants, advertisers, and publishers.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for assisting in explaining the benefits of our products and networks to merchants, networks, agencies, and publishers. This will involve compiling and updating reports to monitor and present progress on merchant programs, focusing on top-performing publishers.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the review of merchant and publisher relationships and contributing to optimisation strategies. You will also assist in setting up, monitoring, and logging merchant and publisher progress via internal systems and Excel reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Account management, sales planning, coordination, or campaign experience with a desire to become a dedicated Account Manager.
  • Understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry.
  • Skills in relationship building and account management.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
