Road Safety Camera Services Contract Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to join our team in supporting the operational delivery, performance, and assessment of road safety camera services.
This role will involve investigating and reporting on the operational performance against contractual obligations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), service standards and service levels across two key contracts.
The Contract Compliance Officer will play a key role in contract management, monitoring contract compliance, assessing potential breaches of the contract, managing change processes, supplier governance, compliance and identifying non-compliance. They will also provide written and verbal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, implementing and maintaining the compliance-monitoring strategy.
- Leading and facilitating consultative processes with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to contractual issues and guidelines for the contract compliance team.
- Facilitating internal and external meetings to discuss work change orders and supplementary documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in monitoring service delivery against contract specifications, an understanding of contract processes and procedures, strong analytical and financial skills, and an understanding of audit methodologies used to monitor contract compliance.
